Description
This 1-bedroom is a very pretty upstairs end unit single within a boutique 9 unit waterfront complex designed exclusively for short term guests. This unit has a beachy yellow cream on white paint scheme, updated granite waterfall breakfast bar and floating bathroom vanity. Access to our shared pool / hot tub, and ample outdoor space. Seagulls, pelicans and cranes are constant companions on the property.
Kitchen: Fully renovated in 2023. Features include a sleek white swiss cabinets, an electric stove, toaster oven, and granite countertop paired with a tile arabesque backsplash. The breakfast bar comfortably seats three. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes:

Bedroom: This bedroom has a very comfortable King-sized bed set against a fun jungle themed wallpaper. The room has a fan with a remote and a 50 inch TV. The bedroom has a large 4 drawer wardrobe and perfect nook with desk and lamp. The nightstands are wooden and the lamps have USB charge ports. Built-in LED full length mirrors complete the closet area.
Bathroom: Large bathroom with modern LED mirror fully wrapped in tile. Large L shaped vanity desk with lighted magnifying mirror. Vanity is floating with matching granite from the kitchen. Oversized bathtub with shower.
Utility Closet: Iron / full size ironing boards are in the closet off the kitchen. We also include a beach cooler, 2 beach towels, and 2 beach chairs along with a broom and dustpan. Top mount washer / dryer also inside this closet.
Outdoor Area: Our sunshaded pool is right at the water’s edge and is an excellent place for photos and relaxing. There are multiple loungers within the pool area and 4 adirondack chairs. Try our hot tub after a great day of beaching! In addition, we have a 150 foot dock that covers the entire back of the complex. The outdoor kitchen, fish cleaning station, and dining areas all have lights at night. There is a beautiful 6 seater table with lazy suzan over the water. We even have cornhole to play along the water’s edge. The property boasts a floating dock for easier ingress and egress while swimming, kayaking or paddle boarding. This is a great space for enjoying our beautiful canal in good company.
